Use case
Written for you. Sent by you.
Smalt writes the email, finds the right person to send it to, and holds it for your approval. Nothing goes out until you click Send.
Every team hands it this kind of work.
- “Follow-ups for today’s four demos, from my call notes.”
- “Welcome emails for Monday’s three starters.”
- “Chase the five vendors with overdue delivery confirmations.”
- “Find the editors at these ten publications and draft a pitch to each.”
What comes back.
Emails, Slack messages and meeting invites are prepared in Smalt and wait for you: send, edit or discard each one. Where it looks people up, you get names, titles and work emails where they can be found.
