We build the workflow around the coworker.
The product is one AI coworker you can hire today. Some businesses need more than that: a process that runs every week, touches three or four systems, and has to leave a paper trail. That is what our team builds. We scope it with you on a call, quote it, build it on Smalt, and hand it over with your people trained to run it.
What we build
Four kinds of work.
Most engagements are two or three of these together. All of it runs on the same Smalt platform as the product, so what we build for you keeps getting better as the platform does.
- Process automation

The recurring work your team does on a schedule: the month-end close, reconciliations, customer onboarding checks, invoice processing. We build it to run end to end on Smalt, with a person signing off at the steps that need one.
For example: Pull the ledgers from Xero on the first of the month, reconcile against the bank feed, draft the reporting pack, and send it to the finance lead for review.

Smalt connected to what you already run. ERP, CRM, data warehouse, SharePoint or Drive, internal APIs. Data moves between them without someone re-keying it, and the log shows what moved and when.
For example: Every new lead that lands in HubSpot gets a one-page company brief, with sources, attached before the first call.

A coworker set up for one team or one job, inside your Office, with your templates, your playbooks, and your rules about what it may and may not do on its own.
For example: A deal-team coworker that knows your IC memo format, your comps set, and which numbers always need a citation.
- Rollout and training

We run the pilot alongside your team on real work, train the people who will own it, write it up, and stay on for support once it is live. The aim is that you can run it without us.
For example: A four-week pilot with two people from your team, then handover, documentation, and a support line for the first quarter.
How an engagement runs
Scoped first, then built.
It starts with a thirty-minute call about the process as it runs today. Who does it, what it touches, where it breaks, and what a good week looks like. If we do not think it should be automated, we will say so on that call.
If it should, you get a written scope: the workflow step by step, the systems involved, where a person signs off, and a fixed price. There is no rate card on this page because every engagement is priced against its own scope.
We build on Smalt and run the pilot with your team on real work, not test data, and keep tuning until the output holds up without us in the room. Then we document it, train the people who own it, and stay on for support.
